Hasienda restaurant

The Hasienda Restaurant is located on the first floor of a two-storied house built up in 1939 by Peycho Peychev, M. D., grandfather of the present owner. The establishment which has proven itself as one of the pleasant and cozy places in the capital was opened in September 2004. The Hasienda Restaurant has 64 seats in its main part which consists of 4 halls, solved as a design in various manners. There is a separate winder garden in a more different architectural style with 40 seats and a fireplace. A projection apparatus with a big screen is assembled in this part of the restaurant, which the interesting matches or some attractive events could be watched on without preventing the remaining visitors from having a good time. There is a summer garden with 50 seats in the Hasienda Restaurant. The cuisine is European, the Spanish dishes being, naturally, held in honor. The team of the restaurant consists predominantly of young, qualified, ambitious people, not allowing for any compromise both with the quality of the production and the appearance of the individual dishes.
