Shastliveca

The establishments are part of a chain of restaurants that started in 1997 in Veliko Tarnovo. They borrowed from Aleko Konstantinov not only the nickname, but ideas about the interior design typical of domestic urban style in Europe from the 30s of last century. A Collection of flavours and fragrances is the motto of the authors and chefs in the kitchens of "Shtastliveca", who repeatedly represented Bulgaria successfully in a number of food festivals and competitions. The combination of well cooked tasty food with lovely views of the old town of Veliko Tarnovo and an elegant setting close to home causes sensations that we would not forget. The original menu is in the format of a photo album carrying a wide selection of original European and Bulgarian national cuisine. There is a set lunch menu for every day of the week and for each season a carefully selected seasonal menu designed with typical seasonal products. One of the trademarks of "Shtastliveca" are thematic evenings dedicated to cusine, music and sensations of different people.
